Premium cuts of meat, poultry and fish are sliced to uniform thickness, vacuum tumbled until they are stabilized and seasoned to perfection, then hand spread for slow cooking on stainless steel sheets. Available naturally smoked or non-smoked on our on-site, state-of-the art line. Functional ingredient inclusions are also available.
